We value 'you' as our customer and appreciate your trust with us. Concerning privacy and security of personal customer information shared with us - we assure you with the secrecy of your information (in compliance with the GDPR law). As we are an individual entity (not engaged with any commercial partners), we do not share your data with any third parties and only use your information to send newsletters if you've subscribed for it . Unless you have signed up voluntarily, you will not receive any newsletters or promotional messages from us.
With respect to storing your credit card information, you have option to save your credit card information when you checkout. When you create an account with us, you can see the option - 'My Wallet' where you can choose to store your credit card information for frequent purchases. You can delete the information whenever you like or choose to not store your credit card information in the first place. However, we advise our customers to make a direct offline bank payment directly to our bank account, if not comfortable with credit card payments

Refunds
Once we receive the item in all of its original packaging, we'll process your refund credit immediately. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account. If you have provided an email address when you placed your order, then an email will be sent to you when a refund has been successfully issued.
Kindly note that we only accept returns on non-food products (for respecting hygiene) and expect you to return the items in all the original packaging. When the returns are accepted, you will be notified by an email.
Orders
We start preparing the order once we receive your purchase notification and the receipt of your payment on our bank account. If you have made an online Credit card payment, then we should receive it immediately (unless technical issues or the payment processing times taken by the bank ).
Upon the receipt of payment, your order will be prepared and dispatched on the next working day.
In case the payment was made using an offline direct bank transfer, we will have to wait until your bank issues the payment to our account. Once we receive the payment, we will ship the items over to you on the next working day.
